IR Emitters
Infrared (IR) is defined as invisible radiant energy with longer wavelengths than those of visible light. Infrared Emitters (IR) are a source of light energy in the infrared spectrum opposite that of UV. IR Emitters are a source of heat energy and are used in many industries ranging from wood, food and textiles, to hundreds of processes in the various industries.

Round Tube IR Emitters
Round tube IR emitters are a highly efficient and versatile solution for infrared heating technology. These emitters are designed to deliver exceptional performance across various industrial and commercial applications. This page explores the features, benefits, and applications of Round Tube IR Emitters, demonstrating why they are an optimal choice for anyone seeking effective infrared heating solutions.
Twin Tube IR Emitters
Twin-tube IR Emitters are infrared heaters designed with two parallel tubes, typically made from high-quality quartz or ceramic materials. These tubes house the heating elements, usually tungsten filaments or carbon fibers. The design of Twin-Tube IR Emitters allows for a larger surface area and increased heat output, making them significantly more efficient than traditional single-tube IR emitters.
Short and Medium Wave
Short-wave emitters offer excellent depth of penetration, while medium-wave emitters rapidly heat the surface and thin layers and feature very high absorption by water films. Medium-wave emitters are particularly suitable for drying processes.
Fast Response Medium Wave
Fast Response Medium Wave can be used when a specific application requires the irradiation of the Medium Wave emitter and the rapid response time when switching on/off of the Short Wave emitters. Fast Response Medium Wave emitters heat up and cool down faster than Medium Wave emitters.
