Labcure UV Curing Conveyor
Compact and customizable UV curing conveyor.
Miltec UV’s LabCure Mini UV curing conveyor system is ideal for use in the production of small parts, ink color proofing, the development of new UV inks and coatings. It is also a great UV curing system for laboratory environments, making it easy to perform lab tests for process controls in production environments. The Mini’s UV curing conveyor is compact and easily fits on a standard 2 ft x 4 ft (60.96 cm x 121.92 cm) tabletop. It is available with either our HPITM (arc) lamp or XtremaTM (microwave) lamp.
Two Lamp Options
Our product is designed to integrate with one of two UV systems – the Xtrema UV system or the HPI™ UV system. The Xtrema UV system is equipped with a powerful 10-inch (25.4 cm) bulb, while the HPI™ UV system boasts a high performing 9-inch (22.86 cm) arc lamp.
Dual Range Conveyor Speeds
The dual range conveyor speed is versatile, as it allows for a variety of line speeds depending on the needs of the production line.
The ability to choose from speeds ranging from 5-50 FPM and 30-300 FPM provides a lot of flexibility when testing various UV cures.
Continuous Focus Adjustment
The continuous focus adjustment ranging from 0-3.75 inches(0-9.52 cm) allows for simulating different curing heights to figure out the optimal focus height.
Tabletop Design
The LabCure® Mini UV curing conveyor system is specifically designed to have a lightweight tabletop design, which makes it ideal for environments where space is at a premium. Despite its compact size, the system is still capable of delivering excellent UV curing results for a wide range of small parts, ink color proofing, and new UV inks and coatings.
